Internet Information Access

The SureService Internet Information Access module gives you instant access to important information as well as priority e-mail response to technical inquiries.

Designed specifically for technical plant operations staff, the Internet Information Access module provides access to a level of Ovation/WDPF technical information not available to non-contract customers. Located in the "SureService Subscribers" restricted-access area of the Ovation/WDPF Users web site, those with SureService Internet Access are able to view software release notes (DIRs) and customer/field engineering problem reports and resolutions (SDRs). In addition, the Internet Information Access Module allows you to submit technical support requests that will be processed on a priority basis.
