Precipitator Optimizer

The SmartProcess® Precipitator Optimizer creates a customized plant model using fuzzy logic, advanced linear and neural networks, and optimization engines to analyze real plant data to determine the best performance strategies.

By considering megawatt output, flue gas temperature, and induced draft fan pressure, the Precipitator Optimizer determines optimal performance for spark rate, secondary voltage, secondary currents, and other key outputs. By minimizing the deviation in these outputs, the Precipitator Optimize ensures collection efficiency.

 



Performance Factors

By considering stack opacity, loss of control, degradation, and deviation, the Precipitator Optimizer determines the actual level of performance of the precipitator and provides alternative courses of action and their resulting consequences.

Data Consideration
The Precipitator Optimizer considers data like megawatts, fuel flow, excess air, emissions levels, and gas temperature to develop a plant model that simulates actual conditions and predicts their cost and efficiency impacts on the overall performance of the plant.
